Succeeding Today: A Lesson by Dale Carnegie

Succeeding every day is no easy task.  Each person will have a moment or two of glory throughout their life, but finding consistent success is one of the hardest things to do in life.  Whether it is work, sports, school or a relationship, finding that consistency is not easy.  Dale Carnegie wrote a book titled “How to Win Friends and Influence People” and throughout this book he outlined not only his personal story of success but how he did it.  Summing up all of his knowledge would be impossible to do in a simple blog but here are a few points that should be brought to light:

1.)    A person’s name is the sweetest sound they will ever hear.

2.)    Do not criticize, condemn or complain.

3.)    Enthusiasm rates first.

4.)    Be thankful for the gifts in your life.

Mark Twain was asked the reason why he successful throughout his life and he said “I was born excited.”

At Ryan Motors, vehicles may be our profession, but people are our passion.
