Eating Quickly….and Healthy

We understand that life is chaotic.  The truth is that most people have very busy lives and we want to help you find a way to make an affordable, healthy and fast dinner.  The dinner for this week is the chicken chili.  This meal can be made in as little as 15 minutes and it will provide you with a healthy choice in a fast food time frame.

Ingredients

  • 2-2 ½ cups of shredded, cooked chicken
  • 1 can of chili beans
  • 1 can of green chilies with diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of A.1. Sweet Hickory Steak Sauce

How to Make It…

It’s really quite simple.  Pour all of the ingredients into a sauce pan and cook on medium heat for roughly 5 minutes.  Stir occasionally to ensure that the chili is heated all the way through.  Enjoy!
